Member 10 can have two heavy layers 12 placed at opposite sides of springy layer 11. Volume weight of heavy layer 12 is from 100 to 700 kg/m3. Volume weight of springy layer 11 is from 10 to 80 kg/m3. Film impermeable to air is made in form of diffusion-tight polyethylene multilayer film of thickness from 50 to 300 mum being provided with opening and closing arrangement.
