Radiation flux modification process involves manufacture of radiation flux distributing grid and its positioning between source and target. Geometry and physical characteristics of grid, source, and target should be determined for grid manufacture. A number of sequential operations are required for grid installation including determination of flux structure first for one cell of grid and then for grid as a whole.
