SUBSTANCE: signal buoy is made in form of hollow float equipped with compartments containing light indicators and communication facilities. Float is made from elastic fabric and is provided with relief-safety valve. Upper envelope of light compartment is made from transparent elastic material and is filled with one of components of chemiluminescent solution; capsule with other component of this solution is placed inside compartment; this capsule is made in form of two hollow cylinders hermetically inserted one in other. Ropes are secured to outer bottoms of cylinders; opposite ends of these ropes are secured over perimeter of light compartment bottom. Arranged in cargo compartment are: radio signal device, compressed air bottle and oxygen-demand apparatus. EFFECT: reduced mass and overall dimensions of buoy. 3 cl, 1 dwg
