摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute packet transferring processing by a proper load by repeating logical connection from a packet communication network to plural prescribed packet transferring devices through a single logical link exchange so as to unnecessitate a redundant packet transferring device as a stand-by system. SOLUTION: In a normal state, an ATM exchange 7 respectively connects links 11, 21, links 12, 22, links 13, 33, links 14, 34, links 25, 41 and links 36, 42 to form an ATM-VP connection. When a packet transferring device 5 is broken, the links 11, 21, the links 12, 22 and the links 25, 41 are respectively cut off from each other and the links 11, 31, the links 12, 32, and the links 35, 41 are respectively connected to each other to form the ATM-VP connection of each. Thus, a packet transferred to the device 5 from the packet communication network 8 reaches a packet transferring device 6.
