PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high bulletproof performance and knifeproof performance by providing a laminate structure at least partially employing high strength high modulus of elasticity fibers exhibiting specified breaking strength, breaking elongation and initial modulus of elasticity and pasting a metallic member to the laminate structure at an arbitrary position in the thickness direction thereof. SOLUTION: A member 12 for bulletproof and knifeproof jacket shown by an imaginary line is provided at the front part (bulletproof and knifeproof part) 11A of a cover sheet 11 in a bulletproof and knifeproof jacket 1 and a plurality of face A rear surface part 11B of the cover sheet 11 is meshed and a face fastener (male part) 15 is fixed to the end part thereof through a rubber belt 14. The bulletproof and knifeproof member 12 comprises a laminate of a plurality of high strength sheets of high strength high modulus of elasticity fibers having breaking strength of 20 g/d or above, breaking elongation of 6% or less and initial modulus of elasticity of 600 g/d or above and a metallic member is pasted to the laminate at an arbitrary position in the thickness direction thereof.
