PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a catering vehicle comprising a food warming compartment and a refrigeration compartment for arranging a plurality of trays mounting meal in which excellent sanitary management can be realized by determining the inner temperature conditions of the food warming compartment and refrigeration compartment every predetermined time and outputting the temperature conditions along with previously obtained values. SOLUTION: The body 10 of a catering vehicle being used in hospital or school for serving meal is internally portioned back and forth by a baffle plate 15 to form a food warming compartment 14 and a refrigeration compartment 16. The vehicle body 10 is provided, on the front side thereof, with a condition output means, operating switches 19 and the like, wherein the condition output means comprises an image display 24a and a print display 24b. These displays 24a, 24b are connected with a control section 28 outputting the temperature conditions received from temperature sensors disposed in the food warming compartment 14 and the refrigeration compartment 16 every predetermined time. The image display 24a displays up-to-date temperature conditions digitally and displays the values obtained every predetermined time collectively in the form of a graph.
