摘要 In an electrophotography comprising the step of forming a color image by transferring, superimposing, and fixing toner images of different colors onto an image-receiving sheet, there are provided a binding resin, toner, and electrophotograph realizing a color image with an excellent color reproducibility and a high quality of image while maintaining both the fixability and offset resistance even in the case of oilless fixing or even if the process speed is varied in a wide range. The distribution of molecular weight of the toner determined by a GPC chromatogram has a molecular weight maximum peak in the range of molecular weight from 210<3> to 310<4> and has a molecular weight maximum peak or a shoulder in the range of molecular weight from 310<4> to 110<6>, which are achieved by kneading a toner composition containing a specific binding resin containing a predetermined or more quantity of polymer component and by reducing the molecular weight of the polymer component of the binding resin by the thermal and mechanical energy of the kneading.
