PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent to the utmost the occurrence of such a situation forced to stop commodity vending due to the disablement of use of a vender side IC card. SOLUTION: A plurality of automatic vending machine(AVM) cards 13 to 15 are fitted to an AVM card fitting part 6. A CPU-A 2 selects an AVM card optimum to transferring amount information as the price of a commodity from a user card 16 in accordance with the remaining amount of amount information allowed to be stored in individual AVM cards managed by using a card information storing memory 4 and the access frequency of respective AVM cards. Consequently, the automatic vending device for executing settlement by transferring the money amount information from a purchaser side IC card to a vender side IC card can prevent the occurrence of a situation forced to stop commodity vending due to the disablement of use of a vender side IC card to the utmost.
