PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components, sizes and a relative moving distance between a reflector and a light source by performing a first translational motion in a horizontal axial direction. SOLUTION: This headlight is provided with a cam mechanism 12 that relatively moves a reflector 6 and a light source so as to generate two different beams. The cam mechanism 12 is provided with a first cam member 20 and a second cam member 22, and converts a rotational movement of the first cam member 20 in a circumference of a horizontal axis X to a firs translational motion of the second cam member 22. The first translational motion is performed in the horizontal axial X direction.
