PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to magnetically record and reproduce necessary data by using a label plane by forming a magnetic body for the use as a magnetic recording medium or a magnetic reproducing medium on the label plane being the back of a recording and reproducing plane of a single-side recording disk. SOLUTION: A screen-printed label 212 containing a magnetic material or a magnetic body 213 is placed on the top face 202 of a CD-ROM disk. It is possible to magnetically record such information as specifies, for example, this CD-ROM by utilizing the label 212 or the magnetic body 213 placed on the disk top face 202 of the CD-ROM. The label 212 can be formed in a desired form by screen-printing. A pattern of the magnetic body 213 may be any desired form such as a radial pattern 213-1 and a concentric pattern 213-2. Otherwise, the pattern of the magnetic body 213 may be formed, for example, like a bar code so as to be able to record a certain code.
