PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device that collects dust and/or prepares liquid to be inspected to measure the concentration of minute particle-shaped dust such as an allergen existing in environment. SOLUTION: In a device, a filter 3 for collecting an allergen is provided at one end of a cylinder, structure for retaining the filter 3 is provided, and a cover 1 with a hole at a center part is fitted to the outside of a cylinder 4 at a side with the filter 3. The cover 1 retains a membrane filter 2 at a place in contact with the side of the cylinder 4, and has structure for preventing liquid from leaking from the fitting site of the cover 1. Both the ends of the cylinder 4 are formed in a conical trapezoid shape so that the ends can be fitted to a suction device with various apertures. The cylinder is inserted from one end of a rodshaped external cylinder for adhesively sliding, and has a sealing property for preventing leakage even when the liquid is poured into the cylinder 4 with pressure.
