PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a device in cooperation with an already existing pipe metal fitting and facilitate elimination of a cap by arranging on the cap a skirt, that is an extended end part, a neck part, a head part that is an end part region. SOLUTION: A skirt 24 of a cap 20 is provided with an inner surface 25 and an outer surface 29, and the inner surface 25 is set in such a way that a diameter is formed smaller than that of an outer surface S2 of a tube P for closing. The outer surface S2 of the tube P and the inner surface 25 of the cap 25 are fitted to each other so as to be capable of sealing the end part of the tube P. It is set to fit into an inner surface S1 of the tube P, and the outer surface 29 of the skirt 24 and the inner surface S1 of the tube P for closing are fitted to each other. A first annular ring 26 of a closing part is formed integratedly with the skirt 24 and protrudes inward. A protrusion angle of the first annular ring 26 is matched with a transition surface S3 of a pie or a tube, and assists in closing of the tube.
