PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddled snap tap to connect a branch pipe with a desired bore through a combination with a given snap tap, only by keeping a small number of the kinds of saddles, and prevent leakage of water through a connection part between the saddle and the snap tap. SOLUTION: An electric wire 111a, for fusing and jointing with a main pipe made of plastic, is embedded in the inner peripheral surface side of an astride part 111. A saddled snap tap is provided with a saddle 11, having a cylindrical connection part 112 erected on the outer peripheral surface of an astride part 111, a bush 113 mounted on the connection part 112, and a snap tap 12 provided with a coupling part 124 connected to the bush 113. The bush 113 and the coupling part 124 are interconnected rotatably in watertight manner.
