PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a condenser efficiently at a low cost by providing a liquid circulating circuit for cooling a refrigerant in a condenser of an upper part of a cooler body by using liquid cooled by the air of a lower part of the body in the cooler having the condenser of a refrigerating circuit disposed at an upper part of the body. SOLUTION: A compressor 12, a condenser 13 and a refrigerant controller 14 of a refrigerating circuit A are arranged in an upper part of a cooler body 11, and an evaporator 15 is disposed in the body 11. Meanwhile, a first heat exchanger 16 for heat exchanging the liquid with ambient air is disposed at a lower part of the body 11. A second heat exchanger 17 for heat exchanging the liquid with the refrigerant of the circuit A is provided in the condenser 13 of the upper part of the body 11, and a liquid circulating circuit B is constituted of the exchanger 17, a pump 18 and a tank 19 and the first exchanger 16. A high temperature refrigerant vapor in the circuit A is cooled with the liquid circulating in the circuit B by utilizing the exchanger 17 in the condenser 13.
