PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle the height of an emboss character within a standard even when embossing is applied under the same conditions as PVC by adding a specified quantity of a rubber-state elastic body having a non-crystalline polyester resin as a main component and of which distribution form is a grain state. SOLUTION: This sheet is composed of a composition to which a rubber-state elastic body having a non-crystalline polyester resin as the main component and a grain-state distribution form is added by 5 to 20 wt.%. The bending elastic modulus of the sheet, to which the rubber-state elastic body is added, is about from 15000 to 20000 kgf/cm2, for example. The rubber-state elastic body having the grained distribution form is a rubber-state elastic body distributed in the sheet while keeping the grained form even after melting and kneading. The bridging body of a polymer having a glass transition temperature lower than about -20 deg.C, for example, such as the bridging body of SBR, MBS and butyl acrylate is available. It is preferable that a grained diameter is from 70 to 1,300Åin the case of the material of a transparent sheet or from 1,500 to 2,500Åin the case of a non-transparent sheet.
