PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to arrange all X-direction flux wire paths on a plurality of head sections supported by an X-axle section without upsizing Y-direction flux wire paths by arranging, with a space between each of them a plurality of X-direction flux wire paths on the respective positions of Y- direction flux wire paths. SOLUTION: X-direction flux wire paths 26A, 28A, which pass through the inside of X-direction flux wire paths 26, 28, extend on the outer side of the X-direction flux wire paths 26, 28 at the intermediate position of an X-axle, and they cross there, and they reach a Y-axle section 18B, etc., through the lower part of a path stand 30 in the mutually opposite directions. At that point, the wire paths are inserted into the inside of the Y-axle section from the bottom ends of two Y-direction flux wire paths 32B, 32A.
