<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic recording and reproducing device preventing any noise from introducing into the magnetic head side of a rotary cylinder, and thereby reducing a problem that any turbulence is generated in a reproduced image. SOLUTION: This magnetic recording and reproducing device is provided with a rotary cylinder 2 equipped with a magnetic head 2d for reading the information of a magnetic tape T and a loading means 3 for winding and loading the magnetic tape T on an outer peripheral face 2a at the magnetic head 2d side by making loading posts 7a and 8a adjacent to the rotary cylinder 2 side, and for unloading the magnetic tape T by separating the loading posts 7a and 8a from the rotary cylinder 2 side. This device is also provided with an electromagnetic shielding means 4 arranged so that the electromagnetic shielding means 4 can withdraw from the moving path of the magnetic tape of the magnetic tape T at the time of loading or unloading of the magnetic tape T, and that the electromagnetic shielding means 4 can electromagnetically shield the outer peripheral face 2a at the magnetic head 2d side when loaded.</p> |
