<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data input device which facilitates input operation and is made compact and light in weight, improved in portability and capable of inputting the natural action of fingers even in the case of input work in the environment hard to install physical components or of input work while mounting a head set display under standing work. SOLUTION: Various palm lines, fingerprints and combination thereof different for each part of hand or finger are stored corresponding to various data (information processing body 4). Then, an image reading means (input device 1 and fingerprint/palm line reading part 2) capable of reading palm lines or fingerprints is mounted on one part of hand or finger, one part of the other finger or hand is contacted or slid on the reading plane thereof, and these palm lines, fingerprints or sliding amount is read, converted to the correspondent data and inputted.</p> |
