摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a stable reference voltage without depending upon variance in manufacture process and a source voltage. SOLUTION: When the current I3 flowing through a transistor 5 is large, namely, when the reference voltage VCS rises, transistors 2 to 4 serve as a current mirror circuit, so the current I1 supplied through the transistor 2 increases and the output of a comparator 11 becomes small to decrease a current I3, so that the reference voltage VCS becomes low. When the current I3 becomes small, namely, when the reference voltage VCS drops, the currents I1 and I2 decrease, the output of the comparator 11 becomes large to increase the current I3, and the reference voltage VCS rises. Thus, variance of the reference voltage VCS is reduced and the reference voltage can stably be outputted.
