PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to constitute one device and to easily carry out transportation and movement by separably constituting the entire part of the device to a main body section casing and coupling these parts by coupling members of a floor plate, pipes, etc. SOLUTION: This device comprises the main body section casing 1, a background section casing 2, a floor plate 3 and a roof section 4. The main body section casing 1 and the background section casing 2 are coupled apart a prescribed spacing by the coupling members of the floor plate 3 and the roof section 4. As a way of coupling, the casings are coupled by a separable method, such as bolting, to allow the transportation by separating the respective casing sections. The space between the main body section casing 1 and the background section casing 2 is a passage 5 to allow a subject to enter the background section casing 2 and is adapted to allow the passage in a depth direction. The background section casing 2 is composed of divided casing sections 21 and 22 divided to a plurality which may be vertically divided and transported by vertically dividing and may be integrally constituted by the method, such as bolting, at a place of installation.
