PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system containing a communication line and corresponding to the terminal of various processing performances without enlarging a center scale by changing the processing method and the distribution method of voice data in accordance with the processing performance of the terminal equipment of individual users and the speed of the communication line. SOLUTION: The processing method/distributing method of voice data are changed in accordance with the processing capability of the terminal equipment of individual users and the speed of a communication line. In the system, a center device 1 receives sound data from terminal equipment 21-2n by a reception buffer 4. A voice data processing/distribution method information processing part 9 refers to a processing/distribution method information storage part 10, selects the processing part corresponding to requests from respective terminals from service corresponding processing parts 61-6n and transfers voice data through a message handler 5. The service corresponding processing parts 61-6n execute a voice data processing and transmit data to the terminal equipment 21-2n through a transmission buffer 7 in accordance with the decided distribution method.
