PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a lens in an optical head for preventing the generation of any optical axial change due to temperature change. SOLUTION: In this lens supporting structure, projecting parts 62, 64, and 66 are formed on the outer peripheral face of a body 58 to be supported having a lens main body 60. First, second, and third faces 62a, 64a, and 66a to be supported are constituted on one side faces of the projecting parts 62, 64, and 66. The faces 62a, 64a, and 66a to be supported are constituted on a first plane 70 in parallel to an optical axis 68 of the lens main body 60 with the interval of a fine distance Δy. A groove 74 is formed at a supporting part 76 of an optical head. First and second supporting faces 76a and 76b are constituted at the both sides of the opening of the groove 74. The body 58 to be supported is housed in the groove 74, and the first, second, and third faces 62a, 64a, and 66a to be supported are butted and supported by the first, second, and third supporting faces 76a, 76b, and 76c. A press spring 78 is pressurized to the top part of an outer peripheral face 58a of the body 58 to be supported so that the body 58 to be supported can be fixed. The optical axis 68 is made coincident with a prescribed optical axis in the optical head. |
