PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cathode having good adhesivity to an electrolyte layer and, sintered at a low temperature. SOLUTION: Sol containing alkoxide of the same composition and pure water are added to (LaSr)MnO3 as cathode powder, fully mixed and dried so as to gelate the sol, and are crushed. Then, polyvinyl butyral, diethylene glycol, and acetone are added, mixed, followed by deacetonizing treatment to obtain cathode slurry. The cathode slurry thus prepared is coated on an electrolyte layer formed on an anode to form a cathode, and the cathode is sintered by heating to an operation temperature. |
