PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circulate much combustion gas, while reducing pressure loss by continuously connecting a part of a space formed by flashless elements to an isolation valve chamber, and communicating space of the flashless elements which are not communicated with the isolation valve chamber with a gas outlet of a main body casing. SOLUTION: Flashless elements formed in a cylindrical shape are disposed by multiply inserting and fitting, a part of a space 20 formed of flashless elements positioned on an inside and an outside are continuously connected to an isolation valve chamber 5, and the space of the flashless elements which are not communicated with the isolation valve chamber 5 is communicated with the gas outlet of a main body casing 1. A combustion gas, which flows from the isolation valve chamber 5 to the inner and outer flashless elements, is passed through each flashless elements, and flows out from the space 20 of the inner and outer flashless elements to the gas outlet. Since a flow path cross sectional area in a flashless element housing part can be ensured with a small size, and it is also possible to circulate a large amount of combustion gas, while suppressing the pressure loss as a gas supplying system.
