PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of sticking phenomenon of a valve after inspection is completed by inspecting a function of one-way control valve, in such a way that air having predetermined pressure is supplied to the one-way control valve without using water. SOLUTION: When a function inspection device 15 for one-way control valve is used, air is supplied from an air compressor, and its pressure us set by measuring with a pressure gauge 10. A solenoid valve 8 is opened by a controller, and air is applied to a check valve A through a connecting tube 5 and a connecting metal fitting 4. Since a flow path is closed by a ball valve 3 of the check valve A, air is reserved between the check valve A and the air compressor. When air turns into air pressure which is set to a predetermined reference valve by a pressure gauge 10, the solenoid valve 8 is closed by the controller. After that, a fixed time is elapsed while holding the condition as is, leakage of air is detected by an air leak tester 7, and guilty decision signal is supplied to the controller.
