PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately print by avoiding a mistake of a calculation by an operator by constituting to print by automatically calculating a constant weight packaging weight value and a metering packaging weight value. SOLUTION: A label printer for printing, for example, a label with a weight of a metered constant weight packaged article and a weight of an insufficient amount for the article of a metered designated weight value comprises a weight value selecting means, and an insufficient weight value deciding means. When a metered article is selected by an operator (S106), inventory data of the article is received and displayed (S110). Then, the selecting means calculates and selects the weight value of the constant weight packaged article and number of bags of the respective constant weight packaged articles so that an insufficient weight value necessary to measure by the operator becomes minimum. An insufficient weight value calculating means calculates and displays a metered package weight value necessary to measure by the operator (S112). When the operator allows OK of the content, the label printed with necessary data is issued (S118).
