PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a complicated operation input in a device such as facsimile equipment by a consistent operating method, and to simplify the development of the operation environment. SOLUTION: This input device is provided with an LCD 2, and wrappers 3-5 are allowed to refer to data 6-8 of plural operating modules having different structures through the same interface, and a selecting operation module 1 segments and controls each data 6-8 as a function independent module through each wrapper 3-5, and displays the choices of inputting operations on an LCD 2.
