PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of freedom in design without using a material having a high heat-resistance while restricting the temperature rise of a connector contact by reducing the quantity of heat to be transmitted from a heater to the connector contact. SOLUTION: A heater 102 and conductors 103, 104, 105 are printed on a ceramic substrate 101. The conductor 104 forms an AC connector contact part, and the conductor 103 forms a conductor pattern for connecting the heater 102 and a connector contact part to each other. The conductor 105 forms a DC connector contact connected to a back surface through a through hole 18. Glass 107 covers the heater 102 for insulation. A thermister and a DC conductive pattern 110 are formed on a non-fixing surface of the ceramic substrate 101. Substrate width of a ceramic heater is formed narrow between the heater 102 and the AC connector contact part 104, between the heater 102 and the DC connector contact part 105. With this structure, heat conductivity between the heater 102 and the connector contact parts 104, 105 can be lowered. |
