PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate an exhaust gas system in a period that vacuum of main condenser can not be ensured during plant startup, termination and plant outage. SOLUTION: When the vacuum pressure in main condenser lowered below a set value in a dehumidifier using hollow-fiber membrane, gas is sucked with a vacuum pump for purging and the exhaust gas is returned to upstream of the exhaust gas condenser 5 to independently operate. If differential pressure is measured in accordance with the due point monitoring at the outlet of the dehumidifier and it rises over a reference value, it is switched to a standby apparatus. By this, a dehumidifier using hollow-fiber membrane can operate an exhaust gas processing system independently without exhausting purge gas to the main condenser.
