PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a multiplexed transmission right error by comparing a transmission source address written in a received regression frame with its own address to be set to oneself and judging the generation of the multiplexed transmitting right error to abandon a transmission right pertaining to oneself when both of them are not coincident with each other. SOLUTION: When a flag coincidence judgment judges the coincidence between a transmission error avoiding flag value to be set by oneself and a transmission error avoiding flag value to be written in a received communication frame and address coincidence judgment judges non-coincidence between a transmission source address to be written in the received regression frame and its own address to be set to oneself, these judging results can originally be obtained only when repeaters having a transmission right exist plurally. Consequently, when these judging result is obtained, the generation of the multiplexed transmission right error is judged and the transmission right pertaining to oneself is abandoned, thereby the multiplexed transmission right error where repeating devices exist plurally is eliminated speedily.
