PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily build a circuit into a portable telephone set, etc., despite a small build-in space and also to secure the band characteristic that is required for the mobile communication by multiplying plural data to which the variable length time is allocated for the transmission by plural prescribed tap coefficients. SOLUTION: A tap coefficient selection circuit 3-1 sends the tap coefficients T1-T4 which are previously stored in a tap coefficient storage circuit 4-1 to a multiplier 2-1 according to the signal produced by a tap coefficient selection signal generation circuit 5-1. Meanwhile, a transmission data shift register 1-1 holds the transmission data for a time equivalent the data length according to the synchronizing signal that is outputted from timing shift register 6-1 and accordingly outputs continuously the transmission data to the multiplier 2-1 as signals. The multiplier 2-1 multiplies the signal received from the register 1-1 by each of coefficients T1-T4 and outputs these multiplication results to an adder ADD.
