PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a residence intercom to easily attain bi-directional hands free speech for a lobby intercom and the intercom slave set of each residence. SOLUTION: A lobby intercom is connected through a speech line La with the residence intercom 1 of each residence, and each residence intercom 1 is connected through another speech line Lb with an intercom slave set 2. The residence intercom 1 is provided with a simultaneous speech means 17 for realizing simultaneous speech by suppressing reception signal components included in a transmission signal sound-inputted from a microphone MI1 due to creeping of a reception signal sound-outputted from a speaker SP1. This simultaneous speech means 17 is allowed to operate for the reception signal and transmission signal with the lobby intercom and the reception signal and transmission signal with the intercom slave set 2.
