PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil/gas mixture combustion burner wherein a small sized flame is formed with a simplified mechanism, and the size of a produced flame is variable. SOLUTION: A turning plate 6 for turning air flowing in an air flow passage 41 is adapted on the air flow passage 41 such that an inclination angleαwith respect to a flat plane including a center line of a burner body 1 is adjustable. Further, the turning plate 6 is disposed such that a ratio L/D of a distance L from a disposition location of the turning plate 6 to the tip end of a burner tile 5 and a throat diameter D of the burner tile 5.
