PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure having further reliability and low cost. SOLUTION: A valve element ad a valve seat are provided. One abutting surface (a first abutting surface) is a rubber molded part 34, and the other abutting surface (a second abutting surface) is a plastic molded part 38, and an adhesion preventing layer 32 composed of layer structured inorganic particulate is formed on the first abutting surface. The adhesion preventing layer 32 is formed from a mixture of single-layer structure inorganic particulate 33, such as MoS2 and sandwich structure inorganic particulate such as talc. The outer layer of the sandwich structure inorganic particulate has a characteristic for adsorbing adhesive components 36 which bleed from the rubber molded part 34.
