PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label for typing which has functions similar to the functions subjected to multicolor typing and is capable of displaying precaution items, warning items, etc., as if these items are typed by color coding so as to make the items conspicuous. SOLUTION: This method is one noticing that the typing regions 5 of a label piece 3 are to be previously printed in yellow and red and are kept formed as color printing grounds 21 and 22 and that the typing regions are to be subjected to blank typing to bring the yellow and red colors of the grounds into relief. Prescribed regions of the typing regions 5 are previously subjected to color printing of the colors different from the colors of the other regions, by which the color printing grounds 21 and 22 are formed and the blank typing of the color printing grounds 21 and 22 is made possible.
