PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an IC card processor and to improve the convenience. SOLUTION: A card lifting and lowering means 40 consists of an electromagnetic solenoid 42 and 1st and 2nd levers 43 and 44 turned by the solenoid 40. The lever 44 is supported in a freely turnable way through a shaft 50 and is turned by the lever 43 through the engagement projection 48 of the lever 43. An engaging part 51 lifting a card P is provided in a waving end of the lever 44. A damping member 52 formed with rubber whose friction coefficient is higher than that of the lever 44 is provided in a part with which the projection 48 of the lever 44 comes into contact. |
