<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain improvement in communication efficiency by efficiently using a data communication line. SOLUTION: At the time of transmission start, a line selecting part 24 selects the data communication line of a communication velocity corresponding to the full data length of transmission data in a communication application AP out of plural data communication lines 11-14. During communication, on the basis of a remaining data length, an effective transmission velocity stored in an effective velocity table 27 and line switching time stored in a switching time storage part 28, a line switching part 25 finds a data communication line capable of transmitting the remaining data in the shortest time. When such a line is other than the data communication line under use at present, the present line is switched to the data communication line. Thus, even when a communication traffic is changed during communication, a load can be distributed to the other line.</p> |
