PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage power circuit which is satisfactory in high- voltage, dynamic regulation characteristics and provides accurate, fast, and high-voltage start-up. SOLUTION: This high-voltage power circuit adds a ripple (dynamic) component detection voltage, obtained by a high-voltage capacitor 13 and a ripple (dynamic) component detection circuit 17' provided with high-voltage start-up correcting (speed-up) function, to a high-voltage detection voltage from a high- voltage resistor 7 and a voltage-dividing resistor 8 through a coupling capacitor 14, and exercises high-voltage stabilizing control, based on the synthesized detection voltage thus obtained. |
