PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make recordable a circular image having a large number of pixels in a recording means without lowering a picture quality having a small number of pixels by arranging the plural divided images of a source circular image in at least one specified rectangular frame according to a prescribed arranging method. SOLUTION: The source circular image divided according to a prescribed dividing method is arranged in at least one rectangular frame having pixels in a short side direction less than pixels in the diameter direction of a circle according to a prescribed arranging method. Since the number of pixels in the short side direction of the frame is less than the number of pixels in the diameter direction of a source image 401, the source image 401 is divided along with dividing lines 403a-403c shown by dotted lines by a dividing part. All the dividing lines are composed of straight lines, the dividing line 403a passes through the center of the circle and the dividing lines 403b and 403c are respectively orthogonal to the dividing line 403a. Divided images 411-417 are arranged in three rectangular frames 511-515 by an arranging part according to a predetermined order.
