摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make adaptively correctable input information having the different degree of cutting or blurring by automatically judging that cutting of blurring degree corresponding to only the input information while defining a feature quantity in the input information as a measure. SOLUTION: As a result of information input, the binary data of a drawing or sentence can be provided and the feature quantity usable as a measure for judging the cutting or blurring degree is measured from input information 100 by feature quantity measuring processing (S1 and S2). As one example of feature quantity, the ratio of a small connection component number in the input information in the number of all connection components (RSC) is available. RSC is also used as a measure for judging the noise degree together with the cutting/blurring degree of the input information and after the feature quantity is measured, the segmentation of noise, cutting or blurring is judged (S3). When it is judged there is a cutting/blurring, an adaptive correcting processing is performed to the cutting/blurring degree and when it is judged to be a noise, the correction is not performed, but reject processing as processing that a message for urging the input information free from noise is outputted again is performed (S4 and S5).
