摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a size accuracy measuring method capable of substantially shortening measurement lead time by parallelly performing the manufacturing of products and rough teaching work. SOLUTION: CAD data used in a design stage is prepared on a computer (S10), and which points in the three-dimensional shape indicated by the CAD data is to be measured is determined on the computer. In other words, data on points of measurement is created (S12). In parallel with this, the design data is used to manufacture a rapid proto-model (S14), and further the manufacturing of products is started in parallel (S16). When the rapid proto-model is completed, the rapid proto-model is used to create a measurement program by rough teaching by a three-dimensional automatic measuring device (S18). Products are automatically measured by the created measurement program (S20), and the results of measurements are analyzed (S22) to determine the size accuracy of the products.
