PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent optical image corresponding to an image of radiation. SOLUTION: Each pixel has an infrared absorbing film 7 receiving infrared ray and converting it to heat, displacement part 4, 5 being displaced corresponding to the heat by the principle of bimetal, and a reflecting part 9 which gives change of reflecting direction corresponding to the displacements of the displacement parts 4, 5 to a received reading light (j) and outputs a reflected light of the changed reading light. The area of the reflecting part 9 of each pixel is so determined that influence of shading phenomenon or the like of an incident infrared ray (i) is reduced. The area of the reflecting part 9 of the pixel in the central part is made small, and the area of the reflecting part 9 is the pixel in the peripheral part is made large. As a result, picture quality is improved without needing electrical correction.
