PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow regulating valve, capable of preventing torsion and the like of a tube for supplying pressure and performing delicate adjustment in a short time, when adjusting an opening of a valve element. SOLUTION: This flow regulating valve 1 has an inflow port 4, provided on one side of a main body 2 and a valve element 6 housed on an opening side of the other side and is provided with a wire 7 driving the valve element 6 toward either the opening direction or the closing direction, and a return spring 8 elongating the wire 7 and energizing the valve element 6 in either the opening direction or the closing direction. An adjusting part 30 is threadably engaged, so as to move along an axial direction S of the main body 2 on the main body 2, whereon the inflow port 4 is provided. A flat terminal block 40 equipped with terminal locking parts 12, whereon both end parts 7a of the wire 7 wound around the valve element 6 are fixed, is fitted to the adjusting part 30. The terminal block 40 is held, so that it is movable only in the axial direction S of the main body 2, when the adjusting part 30 is rotated.
