PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a pressure-contact means used for bringing a movable electrode into pressure contact with a fixed electrode. SOLUTION: A base end part of an elastic lever 42b is fastened to a base end part of a main lever 42a fastened to an operating shaft 21, a stud bolt 47 connected to an insulation rod 26 formed in one body with a movable lead rod is put through the two levers, and a fixing nut 47a with a lock nut 47b is provided for keeping constant the distance between the main lever 42a and the elastic lever 42b.
