PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the transfer process after data for broadcasting are received. SOLUTION: The digital data for broadcasting are received by a tuner part 2 from an antenna 1 of the receiving terminal and demodulated by a demodulating part 3. By a CPU 5, when the data are recorded in a recorder 6 or transferred to other recorders through a D-I/F(digital interface)7, dummy data are added to the format of the received data to simulate to the format for recording. The transfer of the data is efficiently performed by keeping the reliability furnished in the data for broadcasting.
