<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display, whereby a user can recognize easily that an condensive load is connected with an engine-driven generator as its load, and can also recognize that a protective circuit is operated causing by feeding a power to the condensive load. SOLUTION: An engine-driven generator has a smoothing capacitor 8, provided on the output side of a rectifying circuit 7 for rectifying the voltage induced in an exciter winding 4, an output-voltage sensing means 9 for outputting a sensed DC output voltage by extracting the generated voltage of output windings 1, 2, a switching means 10 for controlling the field current of a field winding 3 as switching the voltage obtained by the output-voltage sensing means 9 at the vertical sides of a preset threshold, and an automatic voltage regulator 5 for making constant the output voltages of the output windings 1, 2 by the switching means 10. In the engine-driven generator, there are provided displaying lamps 37, 48 which are lit based on the charging voltage of the smoothing capacitor 8, when the AC power fed from this generator is applied connectively to a condensive load.</p> |
