<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for superposition connection increasing the flexibility of directions of parallel connection of connectors and cables, and capable of connecting a multiplicity of connectors and cables in a superposed manner even in a space with its shape and size limited. SOLUTION: A recessed-type contact 5 of a connection terminal 3 disposed on a connector for superposition connection is made up of a pair of plate-shaped contacts 5a, 5b, whereby the flexibility is increased of insertion directions of a projecting-type contact of a different connector into the recessed-type contact 5, and terminal insertion holes (6a, 6b) are opened in a housing so that the projecting-type contact of the different connector can be inserted into a gap 5c between the plate-shaped contacts 5a, 5b at least from two directions. Such connectors for superposition connection can be put to connection by superposing them in two directions, and therefore a multiplicity of such connectors can be superposed and put to connection even in a space with its shape and size limited.</p> |
