PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily remove cutting oil from a rotor made of aluminum, with simple and inexpensive constitution. SOLUTION: A chlorine-series solvent remaining in a rotor or aluminum chloride produced by the reaction of the chlorine-series solvent with aluminum raw material is removed easily and satisfactorily by reaction with an alkaline degreasing agent, only by cleaning the rotor by performing an alkaline degreasing process using an alkaline degreasing agent, after a solvent cleaning process using a chlorine-series solvent, and dipping the rotor having been solvent-cleaned in a processing bath, into which the alkaline degreasing agent is impounded. |
