PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert all-round photographed data obtained with a fisheye lens so as to be displayed as one image without connected parts while correcting distortion. SOLUTION: Points (g(Θ).cosψand g (Θ).sinψ(Θis defined as a parameter satisfying 0<Θ<π/2, g(Θ) is defined as a function that satisfys g (Θ)=0 and monotonically increases within the range of theΘ, andψis defined as an angle taken between a line segment connecting the origin of a planar rectangular coordinates system and a point on a circular image and one coordinate axis in the planar rectangular coordinates system) in an area in the planar rectangular coordinates system defining the center of the circular image as the origin are converted into points (R,ψand R/tanΘ) on a cylindrical coordinates system defining R as a constant to the area of a part of circular image data obtained by photographing with a fisheye lens.
