IMAGE INFORMATION HIGH-SPEED COMPRESSING METHOD AND REAL-TIME MOVING PICTURE TRANSFERRING METHOD USING THE SAME

An image information high-speed compressing method and a real-time image transferring method, in which as an expansion of three-dimensional Hilbert scanning a scanning of a rectangular-solid region (not limited to the three-dimensional Hilbert scanning) is performed, thereby improving the throughput and lowering the cost. In the image information high-speed compressing method, an imaged moving picture constituted of three-dimensional information is converted to linear series information in order by referring to a look-up table corresponding to a rectangular-solid region in a three-dimensional space, and the converted data is compressed. In a method of transferring an imaged moving picture from the server side to the client side in real time, data compressed by the compressing method is transferred through a communication channel and decompressed on the client side.
